Delivery Areas

Buy Clearance Furniture currently delivers to UK mainland addresses only.

We are unable to deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Republic of Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (postcode restrictions may apply)

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly during busy periods.

  • Some larger items may require additional scheduling time.

Where required, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.


Delivery Service

All furniture is delivered flat-packed unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Standard delivery includes:

  • Delivery to the main entrance of your property

  • Ground floor delivery only

Our couriers are unable to:

  • Assemble furniture

  • Remove old furniture

  • Carry items upstairs unless specifically arranged

Please ensure clear and safe access to your property on the delivery date.


Delivery Charges

Delivery is free to most UK mainland addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Additional charges may apply to certain remote or restricted postcodes. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.


Order Processing

Orders are processed once full payment has been successfully received.

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer:

  • An alternative product

  • An updated delivery timeframe

  • A full refund


Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information provided, additional redelivery charges may apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Accurate contact details are provided

  • Someone is available to accept the delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
