Refund policy

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.


Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all parts, fixings, and instructions

  • Be suitable for resale

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.


Mattress Returns (Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene regulations:

  • Mattresses can only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging.

  • Once opened or used, mattresses cannot be returned unless faulty.


Return Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery.

Due to the size and weight of furniture items, return delivery charges can be significant. We strongly recommend retaining original packaging for safe return transit.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and inspecting them.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery costs (if any) will only be refunded at the standard delivery rate.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the issue and packaging must be provided.

We will assess and arrange a suitable resolution, including replacement parts, exchange, or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Mattresses that have been opened or used

  • Items assembled or modified

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly


Important Notes

  • Orders are subject to stock availability.

  • Colour variations may occur due to screen display differences.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items will fit through access points before ordering.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
